Terms of sale

The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid.

The item is sold as a transaction between users. Huutokaupat.com is not a party to the sale.

Bids must be placed by the stated time. The highest bid is the bid the seller has accepted as highest. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale. OP Ylä-Savo reserves the right to accept or reject bids. In addition, the buyer's customer information (KYC) will be required at completion, and a sanctions list check will be carried out.

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot afterwards rely on any fact that could have been observed during the preliminary inspection.

OP Ylä-Savo assures that it has given the buyer all information that the seller knows and that can be assumed to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale

The date and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed with the buyer separately. Payment of the purchase price and the share transfer take place at the signing of the sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax in accordance with applicable tax practice.
