The object is sold by successive bids in an online auction held on the website www.huutokaupat.com. Participation in the auction requires registration. The bidding deadline ends on 4 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.
The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.
Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Payment terms
The enforcement officer will inform the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. Once the payment is visible on the official account, the enforcement officer will make the sales decision, which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.
Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price immediately.
Payment period: A payment extension may be granted for the remaining purchase price, but at most six weeks from the sales decision. In that case interest is charged on the whole purchase price for the payment period from the sales date until the payment deadline. The reference interest rate is currently 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted period, default interest will be charged thereafter. The default interest rate is currently 9.50% per annum.

The plot has a water and sewerage connection from Kuusamo Energy and Water Cooperative. The water company has reported unpaid charges of €1,362.57 on the connection (situation as at 13 March 2026). To obtain the connection, the new owner must be prepared to pay the outstanding charges directly to the water company; these amounts are not paid from the auction proceeds paid to enforcement.
The buyer is responsible for any fees arising from transfer of the connection agreements.
