Seized leisure property in Puumala, Puumala

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction on www.huutokaupat.com during the period 14 April 2026 - 5 May 2026. Participation in the auction requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 5 May 2026 at 18:00 or three minutes after the last accepted bid.

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the one the service provider’s system has registered as highest. The enforcement officer will decide separately whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

Bids placed in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under section 25, chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase offer to the enforcement authority, which will be attached to the online auction as the maximum offer for the automatic increase mechanism. The written offer must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the maximum amount offered and the Huutokaupat.com lot number to which the offer relates. A written purchase offer is binding and the same terms as for the online auction apply. The written offer must be submitted no later than 29 April 2026 at 12:00 to the Enforcement Authority’s Savonlinna office, address Tottinkatu 9, 57130 Savonlinna, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi (reference: Sales number 11960000236).

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property is seized and will be sold by free sale conducted by the enforcement officer, observing as applicable the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The sales brochure is indicative and is not a comprehensive description of the sale item.

Buyers are advised to examine the sale item, the sales brochure and the attached documents thoroughly before making an offer.

An appeal against the sale or against any act related to or preceding the sale must be made within three weeks from the date of sale. Appeal instructions will be attached to the sale decision.
