Outdoor storage

The Loima school, located in a peaceful and historical setting, consists of a main building and external storages. The main building was constructed in the 1960s and renovated in 2002, 2012 and 2013.

Classrooms and large spaces can be used for business activities as well as residential purposes. The load-bearing structure is timber and the external walls are mainly wood.

There is a monument to those fallen in the Civil War near the property; it will be moved by the City of Huittinen to the Länsi-Suomen Opisto area after the auction.

In addition, the auction includes the adjacent sand and gravel plot (property); an ice rink located there will be removed by the city after the auction.

Movable items are not included in the auction; they will be cleared by the city after the auction.
