A Honkarakenne round-log accommodation / summer cabin — electrified. Lights, sockets, electric heater, small kitchen and WC area. The cabin has been partially dismantled for transport onto a swap body (so no special permits are required). The dismantled logs and cladding boards are inside the cabin. The longest logs are on the frame. The only thing missing is the roofing felt and its panels (the roofing felt was nailed on and could not be removed intact).


As I understand it, current regulations do not require a building permit. The drawings exist and can be provided for a building permit.


If needed I can arrange transport for an additional fee (round trip) to cover fuel costs and the driver's meals.
