In the detailed plan Building A is marked with sr, which means a protected building. The building may not be demolished as it is architecturally and culturally-historically valuable, nor may changes or additional construction be carried out in it or its immediate surroundings that would damage the cultural-historical or architectural value or style of the façades or the roof. If such measures have been carried out previously in the building or its immediate surroundings, repair or alteration work should, as far as possible, restore the building in a manner that fits its style.

Building B is marked sr-2 in the detailed plan, meaning a protected building. The building or part of it may not be demolished without the permission of the building control authority. The building control authority may grant permission to demolish only if there is a compelling reason. No further construction or alteration work may be carried out in the building that would spoil the style of the street façades or the basic form of the roof. If the building is demolished or is destroyed, any replacement building must be designed so that it is in harmony with the surrounding buildings in terms of façade materials, colouring and the organisation of façade surfaces. The owner must notify the building control authority of any demolition at least 6 months before the intended action. The building control authority may then require that a building permit for the new building be obtained before demolition begins.

Building C is of prefabricated (element) construction.
