A shareholding of approximately 17.49% in Kiinteistöosakeyhtiö Haapajärven Yrittäjätalo is for sale. The company is prominently located on Ståhlberginkatu, right in the centre of Haapajärvi and close to the city’s main services.

The shares for sale confer control over a total 375 m² commercial property complex comprising:

• Commercial premises 8, 268 m² (ground floor)

• Commercial premises 18, 87 m² (1st floor)

• Storage unit 3, 20 m² (basement)

The floor areas of the premises have not been checked by measurement, and the purchase price is not based on the floor areas.

The complex is let to one tenant, and the tenancy agreement has a 12-month notice period. The rental income from the property is approximately €3,856 per month.

The current maintenance charge is €1,724.25 per month, and there is no financing charge for the property. At the 2026 general meeting, it was decided to collect an additional charge equivalent to three months. The above-mentioned charges were collected between July and September 2026.
