The City of Oulu offers year-round kiosk sites for rent for the period

Offers for the rental site 
Binding offers are submitted in a bidding process held on the Huutokaupat.com website, which requires logging in to the system. Offers (bids) must be made by the time specified in the Huutokaupat.com service. The amount offered is the valid annual rent including VAT. 

The landlord reserves the right to accept or reject offers. Offers made are binding, and the person whose offer is accepted is obliged to commit to the tenancy agreement and pay the offered price in accordance with the agreement. 

Rental terms 
A tenancy agreement will be concluded with the successful bidders for the period 1 January 2027–31 December 2028.  

The tenancy agreement only entitles the tenant to place a kiosk on the land. Rent is paid annually on 1 July. The tenant is responsible for any additional costs, such as the site's electricity or water bill or arranging the related connections. 
A draft tenancy agreement is attached to this notice. 

Other terms 
1) The City of Oulu is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider's system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest. The City of Oulu reserves the right to make changes if the successful bidder gives up the kiosk site during the contract period. 

2) Bids made are binding. If the city accepts the offer but the bidder refuses to sign the tenancy agreement, the city reserves the right to charge a contractual penalty of EUR 500 (VAT 0%).
