Enforcement-seized undeveloped waterfront property in Joroinen on the shore of Lake Sysmä, Joroinen

The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 21 October 2026 and 11 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for submitting bids is 11 November 2026 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functioning of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The bailiff will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid. The decision to accept or reject may take more than two days.

Bids in the online auction are binding. The highest bidder has no right of withdrawal. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

If it is not possible to submit purchase bids through the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written purchase bid to the enforcement authority, to be included in the online auction as the maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum amount and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. A written purchase bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as an online auction bid. The bid must be submitted by 12:00 on 5 November 2026 to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s Mikkeli office, address Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to terminate the sale or extend the sales period.

Participants in the online auction are advised to ensure that the contact details registered with www.huutokaupat.com are up to date. As a rule, the buyer and new owner of the property will be the person who made the accepted bid in the online auction. If the bidder made the bid wholly or partly on behalf of another person, they must present a power of attorney or other evidence.

Prospective buyers are advised to familiarise themselves carefully with the property for sale, the sales prospectus and the attached documents.

An enforcement appeal against the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be filed within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for appealing will be attached to the decision on the sale.
