The property will be sold by ascending bids in an online auction held on www.huutokaupat.com between 30 October 2026 and 20 November 2026. Registration is required to participate. The deadline for bids is 20 November 2026 at 14:00 or two minutes after the last accepted bid.

The National Enforcement Authority Finland is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid that the service provider’s system has accepted as the highest. The enforcement officer will separately decide whether to accept or reject the highest bid.

If it is not possible to submit bids via Huutokaupat.com, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement authority. It will be included in the online auction as a maximum bid in accordance with the automatic bidding system. The written bid must be signed and state the bidder’s contact details, maximum bid amount and the item number on Huutokaupat.com to which the bid relates. A written bid is binding and is subject to the same terms as the online auction. The bid must be submitted by 19 November 2026 at 12:00 to the National Enforcement Authority Finland’s Mikkeli office at Raatihuoneenkatu 5, 5th floor, 50100 Mikkeli, or by email to kouvola.realisointi.uo@oikeus.fi.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or extend the sale period.

The property has been seized and is sold by a private sale conducted by the enforcement officer, applying, where appropriate, the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Bids submitted in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the stated payment period. An enforcement appeal concerning the sale or an act related to or preceding the sale must be lodged within three weeks of the sale. Instructions for lodging an appeal will be attached to the sale decision.
