The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when preparing the listing.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When a bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pick-up times: Items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the pick-up time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
