The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. • 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on a fact that could have been discovered in the pre-inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer in full to the new owner. The sale includes inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-unpaid vehicles

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and collection costs, including interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making an offer.
