• 🛠️ No inspection: The items have not been condition inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sale notice. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects not noticed when the notice was made.

• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been discovered in the pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item sold has no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by Huutokaupat.com email. Please note that each bid has its own pickup fee; if there are several bids, the pickup fee must be paid for each bid. • 🧾 The bid price does not include deductible VAT, and it is not added either.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankrupt estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the items carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters possibly related to the purchase decision before deciding, including: vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check possible tax-, registration- and inspection details of vehicles from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale include inspected, uninspected and possibly tax-unpaid vehicles

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankrupt estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankrupt estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any exceeded pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• please inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item

• the item is sold on an as is basis, but the advertiser is responsible for ensuring the information provided in the advert is correct

• if the advertiser does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days after the auction ends, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
