• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a possible bid. The item is not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the product carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters that may be related to the purchase decision in advance, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes remain unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. The vehicles for sale include inspected and uninspected vehicles and possibly vehicles with unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers the vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection beyond this period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right for the item
