• 🔕 Products The goods originate from an insolvency estate; please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may exist.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the items carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, always check all matters that may be related to the purchase, including vehicle taxes, the condition of the device and any hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle data service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the insolvency estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from an insolvency estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection beyond the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and debt collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
