• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax-, registration- and inspection information for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. An additional charge of €50 / day + VAT applies for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will relist the item and charge the difference between any lower sale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and debt-collection costs in full with interest.
