• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any collection beyond that period.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge any difference between the lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agent and collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
