• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of 50€ / day + VAT will be charged for any overdue pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will relist the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before making a bid.
