• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within a week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for late collection.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the transaction

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the possible lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and debt collection costs with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
