• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. The goods are directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may also be hidden defects that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Before placing a bid, the bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question. The buyer cannot later invoke any matter that could have been observed in a pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and omissions may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision before bidding, including vehicle taxes, condition of the device and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details for vehicles in the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will be transferred in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be picked up within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. For any pickup time exceeding this, a fee of €50/day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the bid price in full, together with any agency and debt collection costs, with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before placing a bid.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right for the item
