• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any excess pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the possible difference between the lower price and the offered price in full, as well as any agency and collection costs, with interest.
