• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate, please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be found.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The sale is final, so please inspect the products carefully before deciding to buy. Before making a purchase decision, please always check all matters related to the purchase, including, for example: vehicle taxes, the condition of the device, possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check possible tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles from the Traficom public vehicle information service. If there are unpaid taxes, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: The items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for exceeding the pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between any lower price and the bid price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
