• 👓 Inspection of the item The bidder is obliged to inspect the item in question before placing a bid. The buyer may not later invoke any circumstance that could have been discovered during a prior inspection.

• 🔕 Products The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making a bid. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: The transaction is final, so please inspect the item carefully before making a purchase decision. Always check all matters related to the purchase decision in advance, including: vehicle taxes, condition of the device, possible hidden defects

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any tax, registration and inspection details of vehicles via the Traficom public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they will transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles sold may be inspected, uninspected, and possibly have unpaid taxes

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged for any overdue pickup time.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the deal

  The seller will resell the item and charge the full difference between any lower price and the bid price, as well as any legal and collection costs, with interest. Please read the auction terms and sales terms applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
