Bids must be submitted by the given time. The highest bid is the bid the seller has accepted as the highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by submitting a bid to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all bids in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

Before making a bid, the bidder is obliged to familiarise themselves with the property, documents and papers. The buyer may not later invoke any matter that could have been identified in the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller and that may be assumed to affect the sale.

Concluding the sale


The property sale must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The deed of sale is prepared electronically on the National Land Survey of Finland website. Payment of the purchase price takes place once the parties have accepted the terms of the sale.


Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the tax practice in force at any given time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred from advertising, inspecting the property, and other necessary measures related to the transaction.
