bid that the service provider's system has accepted as the highest.

obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period.

Failure to pay the offered purchase price may result in the buyer's liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The property has been seized and will be sold by the enforcement officer through open sale, applying as appropriate the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code.

Transfer tax is 3% of the purchase price. The buyer is responsible for the costs of registration of title and for transfer tax. The buyer must pay the transfer tax on their own initiative no later than when applying for title, unless the buyer is exempt from paying transfer tax.
