Former residential property with buildings in Alahärmä, Kauhava

The City of Kauhava is selling, by tender, the property called Puskanen 15:23 in the Katajamäki sparsely populated area of Alahärmä (Katajamäentie 166, 62310 Voltti). The property’s real estate ID is 233-412-15-23 and, according to the land register extract, its total area is 1.51 hectares with one parcel. The property came into the city’s ownership through the State Treasury after a person died without heirs.

The property contains several buildings in demolition condition, together with movable property. Some of the buildings are located wholly or partly on the neighbouring property 233-874-2-1, for which rent of €150/year + VAT has been paid to the neighbour. Any arrangements related to the property boundary, such as land lease, rights of use or demolition of buildings, and any related costs, are for the buyer to investigate and bear. The property also has an electricity connection (1x25A), but the power has been disconnected and the buildings’ electrical installations are in demolition condition. The quality of the water in the well on the property has not been examined.

There are also more wooded areas on the property, covering about 0.7 hectares.

The property is sold with the demolition-condition buildings, movable property, connections and trees located on it, in their condition at the time of sale. The sale also includes the demolition-condition buildings and their movable property that are partly or wholly on the neighbouring property 233-874-2-1.
