Former residential property with buildings in Alahärmä, Kauhava

The City of Kauhava is selling, based on offers, the property Puskanen 15:23 in the Katajamäki rural area of Alahärmä (Katajamäentie 166, 62310 Voltti). The property’s land register designation is 233-412-15-23, its total area according to the land register extract is 1.51 hectares, and it consists of one parcel. The property came into the City’s ownership via the National Board of Taxes after the death of a person without heirs.

The property contains several buildings in demolition condition, together with movable property. Some of the buildings are located wholly or partly on the neighbouring property 233-874-2-1, for which rent of €150/year + VAT has been paid to the neighbour. Any arrangements related to the property boundary, such as land lease, rights of use or demolition of buildings, and the costs thereof, will be the buyer’s responsibility to investigate and bear. The property also has a electricity connection (1x12A), but the power has been disconnected and the electrical installations in the buildings are in demolition condition. The quality of the water in the well on the property has not been tested.

There are also more wooded areas on the property, covering about 0.7 hectares.

The property is sold with the buildings in demolition condition located on it, the movable property, the connections and the standing timber, in the condition they are in at the time of sale. The sale also includes those buildings in demolition condition, together with movable property, that are located partly or wholly on the neighbouring property 233-874-2-1.
