Viewing the property
The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the property, documents and records, and the auction terms. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been noticed during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that can be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing. Statutory charges arising from the sale are the buyer's responsibility.

Other costs
The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in force at the time.

Withdrawal from the sale

A buyer who refuses to complete the purchase must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the sale.

If the sale is not completed due to the bidder's fault, the seller is entitled to 4% of the bid price as fixed compensation, minimum compensation €1,000.

The seller reserves the right to reject the highest bid.
