Inspection of the property

Before making an offer, the bidder is obliged to inspect the premises and the company’s documents and records. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the documents relating to the property. The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information the seller knows and which may reasonably be assumed to affect the transaction.

Conclusion of the sale

The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price and the transfer of shares will take place at the completion meeting.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for any transfer tax in accordance with applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale does not proceed for a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller is entitled to receive the agreed standard compensation.
