The property is sold in the condition and with the equipment as stated in the advertisement and at the time of sale.

The buyer has no right to exchange or return.

If the buyer withdraws from an accepted bid, with the seller's consent, the buyer must compensate the seller for the costs incurred in organising the failed auction (27/03/1987/355 and 05/01/1994/16).

The compensation for cancelling a binding sale is 15% of the purchase price, but at least €250 + VAT at 24%.

If lots are not collected within 3 (three) months, the seller reserves the right to apply the Act on the Trader's Right to Sell an Uncollected Item (15/07/1988/688).

We recommend inspecting the property; viewings must be arranged in advance by phone before making a binding offer.

The assessment of the property's condition is based on the seller's view; there may be hidden defects.

The product has no warranty.

The property does not have the normal 14-day cancellation or exchange right provided by consumer distance selling law.

The buyer arranges transport at their own cost and collects the item from its location.

We recommend that the buyer visits the property in person before making a binding offer.

The buyer must pay for the item within 2 days of the end of the auction. The item must be collected within 7 days of the end of the auction. The item can only be collected once the purchase sum is visible in the buyer's account.

If the buyer does not agree to these auction terms or does not understand the nature of the auction as a means of sale, they should not place a bid.
