The property is seized and will be sold by private sale organised by the enforcement officer in accordance with chapter 5, section 76 of the Enforcement Code and the general auction terms laid down in the Enforcement Code. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the auction. Further details appear in the prepared sales brochure.

Bids relate to the purchase price payable to the Enforcement Agency. Any other obligations that transfer to the buyer are listed in the sales brochure under "obligations and rights transferring to the buyer".

Bids are binding. If an accepted bid is approved, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer's liability under chapter 5, section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms: The buyer must immediately pay a deposit of €15,000.00 to the Enforcement Agency's official account. The deposit cannot be paid by credit card. If the highest bid is accepted, a payment period of up to six weeks may be granted for the remaining purchase price if necessary. If no payment period is used, the purchase price must be paid without delay after acceptance of the bid. If a payment period is used, annual interest shall be charged on the whole purchase price for the payment period in accordance with section 3(2) of the Interest Act, from the sale date until the end of the payment period.

Appeals: An enforcement appeal against the sale and sale‑related or pre‑sale actions must be filed within three weeks from the date of sale. An appeal instruction is attached to the sales decision.
