• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Always check all relevant matters before purchasing, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the equipment, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer’s responsibility to check any vehicle taxes, registration and inspection details via Traficom’s public vehicle information service. • 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  If the buyer withdraws from the purchase the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the new selling price and the offered price, as well as any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction’s applicable terms and sales conditions before placing a bid.
