The item has been photographed by the seller for the auction listing. The product has not been inspected by a professional assessor, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding The bidder must inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on an issue that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

• 🚙 Vehicle validity: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from the public vehicle information service (Traficom). If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.
