The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so hidden faults that were not noticed when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the item Bidders are obliged to inspect the item before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days and a receipt sent by email according to the pickup and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you have multiple winning bids, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Products Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. The goods are not new so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check the items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition, possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Pickup times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 / day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the purchase

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the new (lower) price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sales conditions that apply to this auction before making an offer.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• offers are binding and there is no right to exchange or return

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the end of the auction, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
