• 🛠️ No condition inspection: The items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use, in their current condition. Items come directly from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been reviewed by an inspector, so there may be hidden defects not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection by bidder: The bidder has an obligation to inspect the item before bidding. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been noticed during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: There is no seller-provided warranty, exchange or return right. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com. Please note each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section on the lot page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items: The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when making an offer. Items are not new and may have faults or omissions.

• 👉 No right to exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always check all relevant matters before deciding to buy, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle compliance: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be MOT-tested, untested or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Removal of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electrical or other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller will resell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower resale price, plus any agency and collection costs and interest in full. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions applicable to this auction before making an offer.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is" but the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) business days of the auction closing, the bid no longer binds the bidder.
