• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold directly from use or storage, in their current condition. The seller photographed the item for the sales listing. The item has not been examined by a condition inspector, so hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made may exist.

• 👓 Inspection before bidding Bidders must inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later claim an issue that could have been found during a prior inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The item is sold without warranty, exchange or return rights from the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by email. Note that each lot has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when placing a bid. The goods are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Always verify any relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, item condition, and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check any vehicle tax, registration and inspection information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. If taxes are unpaid, they transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please allow for this when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of connections: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electrical and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will be charged at €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the originally offered price and the resale price, as well as any agent and debt-collection costs in full, with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this sale before bidding.

• inspect the item and the information provided before bidding

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is" – the seller is responsible for the accuracy of the information given in the listing

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid is no longer binding on the bidder.
