The lot has been photographed by the seller for the auction listing. The item has not been inspected by a condition inspector, so there may be latent defects not noted in the listing.

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate releases a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other service connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from purchase

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re‑sell the item and charge the difference between the resale price and the offered price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before placing a bid.
