The item has been photographed by the seller for the auction listing. The product has not been examined by a condition inspector, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when creating the listing.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the item before bidding. The buyer cannot later claim a defect that could have been noticed during pre-inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: The sold item has no warranty from the seller, nor any right to exchange or return. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com. Note that each successful bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, a collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate—please take this into account when placing an offer. The goods are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchase. Please always check all matters related to your purchase decision, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of the item, possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom’s public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. The sale may include vehicles that are inspected, uninspected or possibly have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please bear this in mind when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50/day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please review the auction terms and conditions and the terms of sale applicable to this auction before placing a bid.
