The item has been photographed by the seller for the sales listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so there may be hidden faults not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Inspection: Bidders must inspect the item before bidding. The buyer cannot later claim issues that could have been observed during pre-inspection.

• 🔕 Items The goods originate from a bankruptcy estate; please consider this when making an offer. The goods are not new, so defects and missing parts may be present.

• 👉 No right of exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle eligibility: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle's tax, registration and inspection status from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes transfer in full to the new owner. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate transfers a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please consider this when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity and other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller may resell the item and charge the difference between the lower sale price and the offered price, plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please read the auction and sales terms applicable to this auction before bidding.
