• 🛠️ No inspection: Items have not been inspected. They are sold as used, in their current condition. Goods come directly from use or storage. The item has been photographed by the seller for the auction listing. The product has not been examined by an inspector so there may be latent defects not apparent when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the item before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later refer to a matter that could have been noticed during a pre-purchase inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: No warranty, exchange or return right is given by the seller. Bids are binding.

  
  

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the collection and payment instructions provided by huutokaupat.com by email. Please note each winning bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots you must pay the collection fee for each. The collection fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section of the auction page. If you have questions about payment, please contact us. The item must be paid for before collection or delivery.

• 🧾 The auction price does not include deductible VAT; VAT will not be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items Goods come from a bankruptcy estate—please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or returns: Sales are final, so check items carefully before buying. Always check any factors relevant to your purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, condition of the equipment, and possible hidden faults.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: The buyer is responsible for checking any vehicle tax, registration and inspection records on the Traficom public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration can take several weeks. Please take this into account when buying a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnecting services: The buyer is responsible for the safe disconnection of any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the auction, unless otherwise stated. Late collection will incur a charge of €50 / day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  The seller may re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and any lower re-sale price, plus any agency and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and the seller's terms before placing a bid.

• inspect the item and the information provided about it before bidding

• bids are binding, and there is no exchange or return right

• the item is sold "as is", but the seller is responsible for ensuring the information in the listing is correct

• if the seller does not notify acceptance or rejection of the highest bid within two (2) working days of the auction ending, the bid will no longer bind the bidder.
