The object is sold in an online auction on the website www.huutokaupat.com between 22 July and 19 August 2026. Participation requires registration. The deadline for submitting bids ends on 19 August 2026 at 13:00 (or 3 minutes after the last accepted bid).

The Enforcement Authority is not responsible for the functionality of the service provider’s system. The highest bid is the bid the service provider’s system has accepted as highest. The enforcement officer decides whether to accept or reject the highest bid. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement authority reserves the right to end the sale or to extend the sale period.

The property is seized and sold by private sale carried out by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms provided in the Enforcement Code.

Payment terms

The enforcement officer will notify the highest bidder whether the bid can be accepted. If the bid can be accepted, the buyer shall pay the full purchase price by bank transfer to the Enforcement Authority’s official account. When the payment appears on the official account, the enforcement officer issues the sales decision which will be delivered to the parties. The purchase price cannot be paid by credit card.

Deposit: If the full purchase price is not paid immediately, the buyer must pay a deposit of 20% of the purchase price immediately.

Payment period: If necessary, up to six weeks’ payment time may be granted for the remaining purchase price from the sales decision. In that case, annual interest is charged on the whole purchase price for the payment period from the sale date until the end of the payment period. The reference interest rate is currently 2.50%. If payment is not made within the granted payment period, annual default interest is charged thereafter, currently 9.50%.

Buyer’s liabilities

On transfer of ownership of the property, the buyer must pay the transfer tax of three per cent on their own initiative before applying for title and at the latest within six months of signing the deed of sale. The buyer is responsible for the costs of title registration and the transfer tax.

The State has a pre‑emptive right to the purchase of the property if acquisition is necessary for national defence, border control or border security, or to ensure or protect regional integrity (Act on the State’s Pre‑emptive Right in Certain Areas 29.3.2019/469).

Foreign persons as defined in law may acquire property in the territory of the State of Finland only if permission is granted (Act on the State’s Pre‑emptive Right in Certain Areas 29.3.2019/470).

The enforcement officer decides separately whether the highest bid will be accepted or rejected. Bids made in the online auction are binding. If a bid is accepted, the bidder is obliged to pay the offered purchase price within the agreed payment period. Failure to pay the offered purchase price may lead to the buyer’s liability for compensation under Chapter 5, Section 25 of the Enforcement Code.

The enforcement officer reserves the right to close the sale or extend the sale period.

If it is not possible to place bids via the Huutokaupat.com service, a prospective buyer may submit a written bid to the enforcement officer. The bid will be entered into the online auction as a maximum bid via the automatic bidding system. The bid must be submitted in writing to the Enforcement Authority no later than 18 August 2026 at 12:00 to the address: Enforcement Authority / Kemi office, Valtakatu 28, 94100 Kemi. A written bid is binding and subject to the same terms as the online auction. The written bid must be signed and must state the bidder’s contact details, the bid’s maximum amount and the object number on the Huutokaupat.com service to which the bid pertains.

The property is seized and is sold privately by the enforcement officer in accordance with Chapter 5, Section 76 of the Enforcement Code and, where applicable, the general auction terms of the Enforcement Code.
