Items come from use or storage and have been photographed by the seller for the listing. The product has not been inspected by a condition assessor, so hidden defects may be present that were not noticed when the listing was made.

• 👓 Viewing the item Bidders must inspect the relevant premises, company documents and records before placing a bid. A buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-bid inspection.

• 📅 Warranty: There is no warranty, exchange or return right provided by the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The winning bid must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pick-up and payment instructions sent by email from huutokaupat.com. Please note that each separate bid has its own collection fee; if you win multiple lots, the collection fee must be paid for each. • 🔕 Origin of items Items originate from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. The goods are not new and may have defects or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return right: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Always verify any related matters before purchase, e.g. vehicle taxes, equipment condition and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle suitability: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection information from Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please take this into account when purchasing a vehicle from a bankruptcy estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Removal of connections: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity and other connections.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Items must be collected within one week of the bid, unless otherwise stated. A late collection fee of €50 per day + VAT will be charged.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws from the sale the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the lower resale price and the offered price as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction terms and sale conditions that apply to this auction before bidding.

• bids are binding and there is no exchange or return right
