• 🛠️ No condition inspection: Items have not been condition-inspected. They are sold as-used, in their current condition. Goods are sold from use or storage. Items have been described for the sales listing by the seller. They have not been inspected by a condition surveyor, so hidden defects not noted in the listing may exist.

• 👓 Inspection of the lot Bidders must inspect the lot, the premises and any company documents before placing a bid. The buyer cannot later rely on any matter that could have been observed during the prior inspection.

• 📅 Guarantee: There is no warranty, exchange or return right from the seller. Bids are binding.

• 💰 Payment: The purchase must be paid within 2 (two) days according to the pickup and payment instructions sent by huutokaupat.com by e-mail. Note that each lot has its own pickup fee; if you win multiple lots, a pickup fee must be paid for each lot. The pickup fee is shown in the "delivery methods and costs" section of the lot page. • 🧾 The hammer price does not include deductible VAT, nor will VAT be added.

  
  

• 🔕 Items The goods come from a bankruptcy estate; please take this into account when bidding. Items are not new and may have faults or missing parts.

• 👉 No exchange or return: Sales are final, so check items carefully before purchasing. Please always check all relevant matters before buying, e.g. vehicle taxes, the condition of equipment and possible hidden defects.

• 🚙 Vehicle fitness: It is the buyer's responsibility to check vehicle tax, registration and inspection (MOT) information via Traficom's public vehicle information service. Any unpaid taxes will transfer to the new owner in full. Vehicles for sale may be inspected, uninspected or may have unpaid taxes.

  
  

• 🚙 Vehicle registration: When the bankruptcy estate hands over a vehicle, registration may take several weeks. Please bear this in mind when purchasing a vehicle from the estate.

  
  

• 🛠️ Disconnection of services: The buyer is responsible for safely disconnecting any water, electricity or other services.

  
  

• 🚚 Collection of goods: The buyer is always responsible for removal and loading.

• ⏲️ Collection times: Lots must be collected within one week of the auction unless otherwise stated. Late collection is charged at €50 per day + VAT.

• ✖️ Withdrawal from the sale

  If the buyer withdraws, the seller will re-sell the item and charge the difference between the offered price and the lower resale price, as well as any agent and collection costs in full with interest. Please familiarise yourself with the auction and sales terms applicable to this sale before placing a bid.
