Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the offer the seller has accepted as highest. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. The bidder accepts these terms of sale when placing a bid.

Viewing the property

The bidder is obliged to inspect the property, documents and records before making an offer. The buyer cannot later rely on a matter that could have been observed during the pre-inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller guarantees they have provided the buyer with all information they know and that may reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code.

We prefer electronic property transfers via the National Land Survey's property transfer service, kiinteistoasiat.fi.

If the sale is completed electronically, the buyer pays the service fee for preparing the deed (incl. the title registration fee).

The purchase price must be paid in full no later than four weeks from acceptance of the offer.

The time and place for signing the sale contract will be agreed with the buyer separately.

Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing.

The buyer pays the notary fee, title registration fee or the service fee for preparing the deed (incl. title registration fee).

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax according to the applicable tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to conclude the sale must compensate the other party, under the Land Code, for reasonable costs arising from advertising, inspection of the property and other necessary actions related to concluding the sale.
