Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. It is also possible to participate in the auction in person by making an offer to the seller on site. The seller and buyer undertake to record all offers in the system. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

The bidder has a duty to inspect the property, documents and records before making an offer. The buyer may not later rely on a matter that could have been observed during a prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller warrants that they have given the buyer all information they know and that may reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Conclusion of the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form required by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed will be agreed separately with the buyer. Payment of the purchase price takes place at the signing.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for transfer tax in accordance with the prevailing tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, viewing the property and other necessary actions related to completing the sale.
