The property is seized and will be sold by private sale conducted by the enforcement officer in accordance with section 76 of chapter 5 of the Enforcement Code, applying the Enforcement Code’s general auction terms where appropriate. The enforcement officer may accept or reject the highest bid made in the online auction. The buyer must immediately pay the full purchase price or at least 20% of the purchase price as a deposit. Detailed payment instructions will be provided by the Enforcement Authority upon acceptance of the offer.
