The seller reserves the right to accept or reject the highest bid. The final highest offered purchase price requires approval by the City Board/Technical Director of Pieksämäki and a separate sales decision.

The property is sold via www.huutokaupat.com. The online auction ends on 7 June 2026 at 12:00 or three minutes after the last bid accepted into the online auction.

The City of Pieksämäki is not responsible for the service provider's system functionality. The highest bid is the one the service provider's system has accepted as highest.

The property is sold as described in the listing and as it is at the time of sale. The buyer has no right to exchange or return the property.

No warranty is given for the property. The listing descriptions are only the seller's assessments of the property. Participants in the auction must inspect the property themselves before making a binding bid. By placing a bid the bidder accepts the condition of the property as is.

Online auction bids are binding.

The property will be transferred in accordance with the attached sales brochure and terms of sale. Anyone whose offer has been accepted and who withdraws from the purchase must compensate the City of Pieksämäki for reasonable costs with a penalty equal to 4% of the highest accepted offer to the seller, at least e282ac2,000.

The City of Pieksämäki may, if necessary, request the details of all bidders to make the sales decision, and by placing a binding bid the bidder consents to this disclosure.
