Bids must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest bid is the one the seller has accepted as highest. By placing a bid, the bidder accepts these terms of sale.

Viewing the property

The bidder must inspect the property, documents and papers before bidding. The buyer may not later rely on any matter that could have been discovered during the prior inspection.

Information provided by the seller

The seller affirms they have given the buyer all information known to the seller that may reasonably be expected to affect the sale.

Contracting the sale

The sale of the property must be made in the form prescribed by the Land Code. The time and place for signing the deed of sale will be agreed separately with the buyer. The purchase price is paid at the completion meeting. The fee of the official confirming the sale will be paid half by the seller and half by the buyer. Completion must take place by 15 June 2026 at the latest.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax in accordance with current tax practice.

Withdrawal from the sale

A party who refuses to complete the sale must, under the Land Code, compensate the other party for reasonable costs incurred for advertising, inspecting the property and other necessary actions related to the transaction. A penalty of 4% applies if either buyer or seller cancels the sale.
