Offers must be submitted by the stated deadline. The highest offer is the one the seller has accepted as highest. Please do not place a bid unless you intend to complete the purchase! The seller and buyer commit to recording all offers in the system. By placing a bid the bidder accepts all terms of sale.

In timeshare sales the deeds are always signed electronically via the Visma service after the auction ends; the seller prepares the contract and sends the signature link to the highest bidder. Bids are binding and the share must be paid to the bank account shown in the purchase contract within 3 days of the auction closing.

Withdrawal from the sale

If the sale fails to complete for a reason attributable to the bidder, the seller has the right to claim compensation for false bidding and disruption of business of at least €280 or 10% of the highest bid. (NOTE: this invoice is enforceable)

Inspection of the property

The bidder is obliged, before making an offer, to inspect the apartment and the company documents and records. The buyer cannot later invoke any matter that could have been observed at the pre-inspection. The shares are sold with the information provided in the listing.

Seller's information

The seller is responsible for the accuracy and currency of the documents relating to the property. The seller warrants that they have provided the buyer with all information known to the seller that could reasonably be expected to affect the sale. The seller confirms that all charges and other payments due to the company have been paid up to the date of sale.

Other costs

The buyer is responsible for the transfer tax, which is 1.5% of the debt-free purchase price. The seller will send instructions for paying the transfer tax by e-mail once the purchase price has been paid. The seller will send the deed, a copy of the share certificate transfer entry and proof of transfer tax to the property manager for registration of the share.
