Holiday Club Pyhäniemi resort is situated on a fine pine heath by the clean, fish-rich Lake Kankarinjärvi in Kihniö, Northern Häme / Pirkanmaa. The area has a lovely beach with a slide and a playground featuring, among other things, an impressive two-masted pirate ship. At Pyhäniemi you can play tennis, mini golf, badminton, frisbee golf, padel, pétanque, beach volleyball, canoeing, and outdoor chess. There are excellent walking and cycling routes (electric-assist fatbikes for hire). The area also has a charming lakeside restaurant/bar, rentable lakeside sauna & sauna-boat, gym park, playground, grill hut, barbecue shelter, beauty salon, and more.

The main attraction is Lake Kankarinjärvi, where you can canoe or use a boat – anglers take note! The lake is part of an attractive zander (pike-perch) water system. The best zander spots are usually the deep open waters and their edges. Local fishing permit is included in the maintenance fee.

Approximately one hour’s drive to, for example, the Tuur village shop. The nearby area also includes several national parks such as Helvetinjärvi National Park and Seitseminen National Park.

Owning a holiday week is, above all, carefree holidaying. As a week owner you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself, it is easy to rent out or you can transfer the week to a friend — just notify reception who will collect the keys.

The maintenance fee covers final cleaning, bed linen, towels, consumables, upkeep and purchases for the apartment and yard, heating, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, waste management, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, property management, administration, etc.

Maintenance fee for 2026:

€300 per year.

The buyer will have use of the share from week 38/2025 onwards (Fri 11 September 2026 – Fri 18 September 2026).

Apartment available from Fri at 14:00 and must be vacated the following Fri by 10:00.

Pets allowed (pet fee €35 / week).
