The maintenance charge covers cleaning, consumables, apartment and yard maintenance and purchases, heating, firewood, electricity, water, insurance, property tax, maintenance services and emergency service, reception and key service, etc.

Owning a holiday week means carefree holidays. As an owner of a week you acquire a share in the holiday apartment. Holiday Club takes care of maintenance and cleaning, bed linen and firewood so you can concentrate on enjoying your holiday.

If you cannot use the week yourself, it is easy to rent out or you can transfer the week to an acquaintance — simply notify reception who will collect the keys.

The buyer pays the 2026 maintenance charge and will have the right to use the share from week 23/2026 starting Fri 29 May 2026 – Fri 5 June 2026.

The apartment is available from 18:00 and must be vacated by 11:00.
